A modern spin on a world-renowned hotel. What a splendid place to stay or dine. This hotel screams elegance and class. The hotel may have been recently reconstructed but they have kept all the old charm. The Ritz has fabulous marble floors, beautiful staircases, and superb rooms. The service is by far #1. The minute you pull up in front of the hotel the valet is at your side opening your door and taking your bags. The receptionists are friendly, fast, and professional. The rooms are in perfect order every time you step in.
The famous restaurant le Maison Boulud offers exquisite dining. The Maitre D’ is very accommodating and the wait staff is very professional. You have a beautiful ambiance. You can request to be seated in 3 different areas of the restaurant. You can sit outside in a beautiful rock garden that features a duck pond; you can also sit inside a glass house which looks into the garden as well. If you are looking for a more dark intimate setting their bar is the place to be. They have an excellent choice of food and drinks. Great champagne! Please be sure to make reservations as this is a very popular restaurant. This Montreal hotel is in a great spot for big spenders; Holt Renfrew is right next door and the famous Tiffany’s jewelers are located right inside the hotel. I have stayed in many of the Fairmont’s around Quebec and Canada. The one thing that they all have in common is outstanding and courteous service. The hotel in Montreal has a lot of charm. The rooms are beautiful and have that Je Je c’est quoi about them.
This hotel also offers a great dining experience. They are very well known for the Beaver Club which has a fabulous menu. The restaurant has an ambiance that we don’t quite see anymore; it has a very special charm to it. Queen Elizabeth has a great pool to swim laps or just relax in. They have great rates for what they have to offer their guests. I highly recommend this hotel. You know when you book a stay at the Fairmont your stay will always be pleasant. I remember when this hotel was first built the location caught my eye. It is located next to the Bell center home of the Montreal Canadiens. It is on the corner of St. Catherine Street which offers great shopping and dining. The hotel has superb decor. As you walk in the most exquisite crystal chandelier hangs above.
The rooms are very spacious and some offer kitchenettes as well. A bonus for me is their Nespresso machine in the rooms! The bathrooms are very large and spotless. The staff is great and super friendly to all their guests. They are very accommodating to all your requests. The amenities they offer are fantastic. They have a beautiful pool and Jacuzzi which I always use when I stay there. The gym is a good size and offers a great workout. They also have a great spa if you are in the mood for some R&R!

I have always been impressed with everything about this little gem of a hotel. First, it is located in the heart of Old Town, just steps from shopping, restaurants, and everything Old Town has to offer The hotel is beautiful, a nice mix of old and contemporary. There are two bars, one near the main lobby area, and one which is a rooftop terrace overlooking the St. Lawrence River. This is a very popular place for locals, and the atmosphere there is lively and convivial.
The rooms that I have stayed in are walls of exposed brick, a fireplace, and a huge bathroom. I have also had a beautiful corner room; you can look out onto the river. The staff is very professional and warm! They accommodate your every need. I love the concierge; he has some of the city’s best recommendations!

Hotel de Charme is how I describe this beautiful hotel. If you ask for a street view and are lucky enough to get one you will enjoy a beautiful view right outside your window. You will look down onto the cobblestone streets and perhaps have a few street performers outside your window! If you are looking for a more peaceful and private room may I suggest a room overlooking the courtyard? You cannot go wrong with any room in this hotel. The rooms have little kitchenettes and of course my favorite. A Nespresso machine!
The location is fantastic as is any Old Montreal hotel. Minutes away from museums, restaurants, and bars. Take a carriage ride around this magnificent city and learn some history about one of the greatest cities in the world. The staff is very friendly and the concierge is always willing and able to suggest some of the hottest spots Montreal offers. This great hotel is located in an amazing location for many different reasons. There are trendy bars all around like the famous Thursdays Bar which is located next to many other pubs, clubs, and restaurants. The hotel is also nicely located across one of the best stores in Montreal, Ogilvy’s. The rooms have the best windows, the natural light shines throughout which makes it very relaxing.
The staff goes above and beyond to exceed all your expectations. Although it is located on a very busy street the valet takes care of your parking. I have had the pleasure of staying in this fine establishment several times and I am always impressed. The bathrooms are to die for. The sunken Jacuzzi tubs are the most relaxing thing about this hotel. I don’t even want to leave my room at times I am so relaxed. It is a definite must-stay. This beautiful hotel is located on one of my favorite streets in Montreal. You are just minutes from the great views that Mont-Royal has to offer. You are also surrounded by great museums, restaurants, and shops.
Stepping into the Sofitel you would never know that it used to be an office building. You feel right at home with all the great decor and lovely ambiance. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfy! The staff offers you a great stay and always acknowledges you when you walk by. They are very helpful and offer great advice about Montreal.

I love the ambiance of this hotel. Dimly lit, beautiful art, gorgeous backlit artistic backdrops, stunning lounge, plush decor, very cozy all around. It is in a great location, attached to the metro which makes it easy to get around town! If you like bike riding the bixi bikes are right outside the hotel. Taking a stroll by bike through old Montreal is beautiful. My suggestion is to stay on the top floor where it is quiet and can have a great view of the city as well.
The staff is great and can help you organize a great stay in the beautiful city of Montreal. They have trendy bars which are very popular with the locals. They have an amazing ambiance and the bartenders make great cocktails. The rooms are quite normal, although some have really neat exposed tubs with separate see-through showers. I love the modern decor that this hotel offers. It is very comfortable and clean.

I have only stayed in this wonderful hotel once and opted for a 2-bedroom suite. The living room was enormous and the walk-in closet was a pleasant surprise. The bedrooms were great sizes and a hotel is a quiet place.
The hotel is in a great location, minutes from Old Montreal and seconds from St. Catherine Street. Either direction you choose to venture you will be immediately pleased with the vast selections of restaurants, bars, and shops. The staff is professional and courteous.
The valet is quick and efficient. The staff is always pleased to help you find your way around town. If you are traveling to and from Montreal by train you are in luck as the VIA station is within walking distance from the hotel. They have great amenities but unfortunately, I did not have a chance to take advantage of what they offer. You will be very pleased with your stay! Montreal escort is friendly!
